You may browse qubetix.co for personal or professional purposes, share links to it, and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of our content without prior written permission.
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content — including via AI training crawlers — without our consent.
• Attempt to access non-public areas of the site, reverse-engineer it, or probe it for vulnerabilities without prior authorization.
• Use the site to send spam, malicious code, or unlawful content, or to harass any person.

Unless explicitly noted, all content on qubetix.co — text, design, code, photography, logos, the Qubetix wordmark and the Q·LATTICE brand mark — is owned by Qubetix or licensed to us. Project case studies may reference clients with their permission; their trademarks and product imagery remain their property.

The 30-minute consultation we offer is provided in good faith, free of charge, and without commitment from either side. We share recommendations on a best-effort basis; you are responsible for evaluating and acting on them.

The consultation does not create a service contract or any ongoing obligation. Recommendations are advisory only.

Paid project work is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and one or more Statements of Work (SOWs) signed by both parties. Those documents define the scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, ownership of work product, confidentiality, warranties, and dispute resolution for that engagement.

Where the MSA or SOW conflicts with these website terms, the MSA or SOW takes precedence for that engagement.

We may link to third-party websites, tools, and platforms. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Use them at your own risk and review their own policies before sharing data with them.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible threat, or that any information on it is accurate or current at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qubetix and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD $100). For paid project engagements, the liability cap in the signed MSA governs instead.

You agree to indemnify and hold Qubetix and its team harmless against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

We may update these terms occasionally. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes we may also post a notice on the site. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh — unless a separately signed MSA provides otherwise for that engagement.
