Information you give us. When you contact us, book a call, request a quote, or send a project brief, we receive what you choose to share: name, email address, company name, and any details included in your message or attached files.

Information collected automatically. When you browse qubetix.co we collect basic usage data: pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, device and browser type, and approximate location at the country or city level. This is collected through analytics tools described in section 04.

Special category data. We do not knowingly collect sensitive data — health, political beliefs, biometrics, etc. — unless you voluntarily include it in a project brief.

We use your data only for the purposes you would expect:

• To respond to inquiries, proposals, and project briefs.
• To schedule and run consultation calls.
• To send transactional emails — booking confirmations, proposal responses, project updates.
• To measure how visitors use qubetix.co so we can improve it.
• To meet legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from regulators.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects.

We share data only with vetted service providers (sub-processors) who help us run the site and deliver the service:

• Vercel — hosting and global edge network. United States, GDPR-compliant.
• Google LLC — Tag Manager, Analytics 4, Gmail (our contact mailbox), and Google Meet (video consultation calls). Certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. — only when the Meta Pixel is enabled, used to measure marketing campaign performance. Subject to consent where required by law.
• Cal.com — self-serve consultation booking, when enabled.
• Resend — outbound transactional emails, when used for a given project.

We never sell, rent, trade, or otherwise commercialize your personal data.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and measure usage. The full list, including provider, purpose, and how to disable them, is on our Cookie Policy.

Our hosting partner (Vercel) operates a global edge network. Your request may be processed in the United States, the European Union, or other regions depending on which edge location serves you. Our providers use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for international transfers.

Email correspondence is stored on Google's infrastructure under our Google Workspace account, also subject to GDPR-compliant safeguards.

• Contact form submissions and project briefs: kept as long as needed to respond and complete the engagement, then archived for up to three years for tax and legal recordkeeping.
• Analytics data: 14 months by default in Google Analytics 4.
• Marketing pixel data: typically up to 13 months, depending on the provider's defaults.

You can request earlier deletion at any time — see the next section.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict processing
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing relies on consent
• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days and never charge a fee for reasonable requests.

Our website and services are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete the data.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes we may also notify you by email if we have one on file. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
