Pick a practice and answer the questions that actually move the number. The range below is what most engagements in that shape land at — you'll have it before you ever get on a call with us.
Indicative range. Final scope set in a 30-min architecture call — no quote without scope.
Brand, UX, software, AI engagements quote as fixed-price projects. We absorb the risk of estimating; you get one number to plan against.
Marketing runs on a monthly retainer. Same team, same hours, scope set on the kick-off call. You can pause with two weeks' notice.
Third-party costs (hosting, model APIs, ad spend) are pass-through at cost. We surface them on day one — never bundled into the project number.
Remote-first, distributed across multiple time zones. We hold eight hours of overlap with US East and four with most of Western Europe. Most clients book a single weekly meeting and run async otherwise.
Every line of code, every pixel, every email is shipped by a senior on the team. We don't subcontract, we don't run an agency-of-agencies model, and we don't grow the team to take on more work — we just take on less.
Sometimes. We typically book 4–6 weeks ahead. Send the brief — if there's a gap, we'll tell you within a day.
Tell us anyway. We've shaped down small engagements (one tightly-scoped sprint, fixed deliverable) when the work was a good fit. We don't reject on budget, we reject on misalignment.
Yes. Send yours, or use ours. Most engagements run under an MSA + SOW we'll share on the architecture call.
Two weeks of bug-fix support included. After that, we offer optional retainer hours for ongoing work — but most clients run it themselves. That's the goal.
Send the brief — we'll come back with a written proposal within five business days.
